Overview

Pre-Engineered Buildings, or PEBs, of the Gondal group of industries, are the parts of a building that are made in a factory and then put together on-site. Our PEBs are usually steel and can be workable as an alternative to traditional steel structures. Our PEBs structural parts are made in the factory to the exact size, then shipped to the job site and put together, usually with bolts.

Rigid Frame with By-Pass Grits

Rigid frames are two or more columns connected to the rafters with rigid connections.
A bay space is a space between the straight frames of a steel building. The width of the building shows which bay space is the best deal. Usually, the space in the bay is between 6m and 9m.
A rigid frame is a common choice for many pre-engineered steel building plans. For the strongest structure, solid I-beams are used. Pre-engineered builders can use a rigid frame for almost any construction project. On each side of a dual-slope frame, rigid frames are often made to carry the weight of half of the roof bay.

Vertical Fascia

A fascia system improves the look of a pre-engineered steel building, turning it from a plain-looking structure into an attractive one.
The vertical fascia most common and inexpensive type, is the one that goes up and down. It gives the impression of strength by looking strong and having straight, smooth edges. This fascia may or may not have a soffit. A soffit adds to a clean, flush look and is a must-have.

Mezzanine Joist Connection to Mezzanine Beam

The Gondal Group Industries’ mezzanine framing system has a steel deck held by joists on the Mezzanine beams.

If loads allow, intermediate columns should support mezzanine beams. The joists’ upper flange fits below the mezzanine beams’.

Mezzanine expenses depend on a dead, live, and collateral loads and column spacing. We will help you create a mezzanine affordably.

Main mezzanine beams should run across the building’s width and under the main frame rafters. Joists should be aligned with roof purloins along the building’s length.

If the full design data is available when quoting mezzanines with numerous levels, an equipment platform inside the building, catwalks, and staircases may be achievable.

Mezzanine Beam Connection to Main Frame Column
Our mezzanine structure solution uses joists to support a steel deck. Ideally, intermediate columns should support major beams. Upper joist flanges fit below the main beams. Roof System with Insulation
